It includes consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Paediatrician fees for routine, uncomplicated delivery, single/standard room accommodation, essential routine newborn screening (including blood tests and newborn hearing screening), routine vaccinations (BCG, Hepatitis B 1st dose, Vitamin K), standard nursing care, and mother’s post-delivery meals.
Note: High-risk deliveries, epidural/pain relief requests, twin deliveries, or extended hospital stays beyond 2D1N will incur additional charges.

We recommend registering for the maternity package around your 28th to 32nd week of pregnancy to ensure seamless admission planning and complete pre-delivery documentation with your chosen O&G specialist at Puteri Specialist Hospital.
Are epidural analgesia or emergency caesarean section procedures covered under this package?
No, elective pain relief such as epidural analgesia, Entonox gas, or instrument-assisted delivery (vacuum/forceps) are available upon request or medical recommendation but are subject to additional charges. In the event an emergency Caesarean section is required for the safety of mother or baby, the delivery will convert to standard emergency procedure rates. Our team will keep you fully informed of any additional costs before or during treatment.
