Health Package Purchases

1. Package Details: Health packages purchased through the Website are subject to the terms and conditions for each package for the selected Hospital. It is essential to carefully review these details before making a purchase to ensure you are fully aware of the terms related to the package you selected.
2. Payment: All payments for health packages must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through the methods specified on the Website. Please ensure that your payment is processed successfully. Once the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase along with relevant details regarding the selected health package.
3. Cancellation and Refunds: Please note that once purchased, the purchased health packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be issued.
4. Disclaimer: KPJ Healthcare is not responsible for any additional costs, expenses, or liabilities incurred by you in connection with the use of any health package. You agree to release KPJ Healthcare from any claims arising from or related to your use of the health package.
