- Eligibility & Scope:
- The package price applies strictly to spontaneous normal deliveries with a standard 2-Day, 1-Night (2D1N) admission stay.
- Valid for low-risk pregnancies as assessed and approved by attending Obstetric & Gynaecology (O&G) consultants at KPJ Tawakkal Specialist Hospital
- Room Accommodation:
- Package rates are based on the selected room category (4-Bedded, 2-Bedded, or Single-Bedded).
- Room allocation is subject to availability upon admission. Upgrade requests are subject to room availability and additional charges.
- Exclusions & Additional Charges:
- The package rate excludes additional procedures (e.g., vacuum/forceps delivery or conversion to emergency Caesarean section), epidural analgesia, extended hospital stays, special neonatal care (NICU/SNCU), and consultations by additional medical specialists.
- Any complications arising during or after delivery for either mother or baby will be charged separately at prevailing hospital rates.
- Payment & Instalment Options:
- 0% Interest Instalment Plans (up to 12 months) are subject to participating bank credit card terms and approval.
- Package rates must be settled in full upon discharge or managed under approved financing options.
- General:
- Gifts (Mommybaby Mommy Backpack) are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and subject to stock availability.

This package is designed for expectant mothers with low-risk, uncomplicated pregnancies expecting a single baby. Eligibility is subject to prior assessment and confirmation by an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist (O&G) consultant at KPJ Tawakkal Specialist Hospital during your prenatal check-ups.
What happens if my normal delivery requires an emergency Caesarean (C-section) or assisted delivery?
If medical complications arise during labour requiring an emergency C-section, vacuum, or forceps delivery, standard package rates will no longer apply. The total bill will be converted to prevailing hospital rates, or adjusted to our Caesarean delivery package rates where applicable.
How do I register for the package and apply for the 0% Interest Instalment Plan?
You can register by booking an appointment with our O&G specialists via WhatsApp at 017-354 2692. To enjoy the 0% Interest Instalment Plan (up to 12 months), simply speak to our admission or billing desk upon check-in to process payment using an eligible credit card from participating banks.
