Assoc. Prof. Rashdan Zaki Bin Mohamed, our experienced consultant paediatrician, specialising in child’s and adolescent’s health, especially in the field of endocrinology. He manages children with growth failure, thyroid diseases, pubertal disorder, obesity, diabetes, and other endocrine-related problems. He is also a very gentle paediatrician, caring for sick children, and focusing on child’s well-being including growth, development, nutrition, and immunisation. He received his primary medical degree (MBBS) from University of Malaya in 2004 and completed his Master of Paediatrics (MPAEDS) in 2013, from the same university. He started his subspeciality training in paediatric endocrinology and diabetology back in 2015, trained both locally, as well as from the esteemed National University Hospital Singapore (NUHS). He is a registered paediatrician and paediatric endocrinologist (NSR), and certified Advanced Paediatric Life Support Instructor (United Kingdom). He plays a very active role in social media, promoting and advocating child’s health and safety. His articles have been featured in national dailies and he also has appeared in various talk shows. Having featured as an anecdote writer in a novel, academically, he has published numerous research papers in renowned medical journals as well.
