Dr Noorizan Yahya @ Yayah is a Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT) and Head & Neck Surgeon at KPJ Bandar Maharani Specialist Hospital. With extensive clinical experience spanning over two decades in both the public and private sectors, Dr Noorizan provides specialised care for a wide range of conditions affecting the ear, nose, and throat.

In addition to her clinical practice, she serves as the Head of the Clinical Research Centre (CRC) at Hospital Pakar Sultanah Fatimah, Muar, where she oversees clinical research initiatives and evidence-based medical protocols.

Clinical Interests & Procedures

Dr Noorizan’s practice involves the diagnosis and management of adult and pediatric ENT disorders. Her clinical focus includes:
• Otology: Management of hearing loss, ear infections (otitis media/externa), and vertigo.
• Rhinology: Treatment of allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, and nasal polyps.
• Head & Neck Surgery: Surgical management of thyroid disorders, salivary gland diseases, and lesions of the head and neck.
• Laryngology: Evaluation of hoarseness, voice disorders, and swallowing difficulties.
• Sleep Medicine: Assessment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and snoring.
