Dr Najib Aziz is a Consultant Urologist at Damansara Specialist Hospital (DSH1) and Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital (APSH), specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions of the urinary tract and the male reproductive system. With years of clinical expertise, Dr Najib is dedicated to providing comprehensive and patient-centred urological care using the latest medical advancements.

1. Advanced diagnostic procedure for prostate cancer: MRI-fusion transperineal prostate biopsy
2. Uro-oncology:
   • Open Radical surgery for cancer: Radical Prostatectomy (for prostate cancer), Radical Cystectomy (for bladder cancer), Penectomy (for penile cancer), Orchidectomy (for testicular cancer)
   • Non-invasive focal therapy for localised prostate cancer: High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU).
   • Minimally invasive surgery for kidney cancer: Laparoscopic radical nephrectomy/nephroureterectomy has special skills in laparoscopic retroperitoneal partial nephrectomy for small kidney cancer.
3. Endourology: Transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) for benign prostate enlargement (BPH), Transurethral resection of bladder tumour (TURBT) for bladder cancer, prostatic/ureteral stent (for BPH, ureter stricture), intra-vesical Botox injection
4. Stone disease: Endoscopic laser surgery including semi-rigid & flexible uretero-renoscopy (URS/RIRS), Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy (PCNL, mini-PCNL) & vesicolithotripsy (for bladder stone).
5. Reconstructive surgery: Laparoscopic pyeloplasty for Pelvic-Ureter Junction Obstruction (PUJO), ureter re-implantation/Boari flap.
6. General Office Urology: Flexible cystoscopy, urodynamic study
7. Others: Ritual circumcision
