Dr Ridhwan is graduated from the University Hasanuddin, Indonesia. His passion for Occupational Health led him to pursue training as an OHD with NIOSH. He is also an approved medical examiner for the Malaysia Maritime Department. He has also participate in many Occupational Health related seminars and conferences. Dr Ridhwan is a registered OHD with Department Of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) since 2022 and has conducted several medical surveillance programs for industries in Johor Bahru area such Syarikat Air Johor (SAJ), Kulim JPG, Synthomer Sdn Bhd & etc. He is actively involved in providing education via public health talks to improve occupational health awareness amongst workers and company managements.
