Dr Lee’s medical foundation began with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the International Medical University (IMU). He subsequently obtained his Master of Orthopaedic Surgery (MS Ortho) from the University of Malaya (UM).

To further his expertise in reconstructive techniques, Dr Lee completed a Fellowship in Adult Joint Reconstruction in Seoul, South Korea (2024). He is a registered specialist with the National Specialist Register (NSR) of Malaysia and a Certified Medical Impairment Assessor (CMIA) under the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).

Areas of Clinical Focus

Dr Lee Kah Weng is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with sub-speciality training in Arthroplasty (Joint Reconstruction) and Trauma Surgery. His practice focuses on the clinical management of musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from acute traumatic injuries to degenerative joint diseases. Dr Lee provides assessment and surgical intervention for the following areas:
• Arthroplasty: Management of joint conditions through Total Knee Replacement (TKR) and Total Hip Replacement (THR).
• Orthopaedic Trauma: Surgical management of complex fractures and musculoskeletal trauma.
• Joint Reconstruction: Procedures aimed at restoring joint function and structural integrity.
• General Orthopaedics: Evaluation and treatment of bone and joint-related disorders.
