Meet Subashini Srinivasan, Head of Risk and Compliance at Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital and Research Officer under the KPJ Health System. With a strong foundation in quality and compliance, Subashini brings a research-minded approach to uncovering root causes, improving safety, and identifying patterns that spark new ideas. Her curiosity began during her undergraduate wound healing study, where she compared commercial ointments and plant extracts, and during her master’s, she explored how indoor air quality affected lab occupants’ comfort and performance. In risk and compliance today, she applies the same mindset: small incidents often spark big questions that lead to evidence-based improvements.
