Dr Gary Chia Jian Qin is a Consultant Dermatologist and Internal Medicine Physician registered with the National Specialist Register (NSR) of Malaysia. His medical career began with an MBBS from the International Medical University (IMU), followed by the attainment of his Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) in the United Kingdom. Dr Gary further specialised in skin health by completing the Advanced Master's in Dermatology (AdvMDerm) at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

To provide evidence-based care for complex allergic conditions, Dr Gary also completed a Fellowship in Contact and Occupational Dermatology in Bangkok, Thailand. As a member of the Academy of Medicine of Malaysia (AM) and the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC), he maintains a clinical practice focused on both general and specialised dermatology. His professional experience encompasses the management of chronic skin diseases, diagnostic patch testing, and various dermatological procedures, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care within the KPJ Healthcare network.
