Dr. Umasangar M. Ramasamy commenced his practice as a Sessional Consultant General Surgeon at KPJ Taiping Medical Centre effective May 2017. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and completed his Master in Medicine (M.MED) in General Surgery from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
