Dr Teoh Win Sern graduated with an M.D from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2011 and pursued his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine, obtaining Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2018.

He has special skills in health coaching, medical exercise prescription and obesity management. He received the Outstanding Service Award (Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang) in 2016 and was awarded First Runner Up in Clinical Audit Presentation.

As a Consultant Physician, Dr Teoh specialises in the diagnosis, treatment and compassionate care of adults across the spectrum from health to complex illness.

His Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) registration number is 57452.
