She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, in 2003. Furthering her professional specialisation, she became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG), United Kingdom, in 2010 and holds the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) from the UK.
