Dr. Puah Chang Hua commenced his practice as a Resident Consultant Paediatrician at KPJ Taiping Medical Centre effective February 1998. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 1991 and completed his Master in Medicine (M.MED) in Paediatrics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 1997. Clinic Hours:- Monday-Friday - 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Satruday - 8.30 am to 1.00 pm Sunday & Public Holidays - Closed
