Prof. Dato' Dr. Philip Rajan Devesahayam is a highly distinguished Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist practicing as a sessional consultant at Ipoh Specialist Hospital. With nearly 30 years of extensive clinical and surgical experience, he is a leading authority in ENT care, head and neck surgery, and advanced ear disorders. Alongside his clinical practice, he serves as a prominent academic leader, researcher, and the Head of the Cochlear Implant Programme, providing comprehensive assessment and specialized interventions for complex disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and skull base.
