Dr Nurazam graduated with an MBBS from University of Malaya (UM) in 2007 and completed his Master Programme in Internal Medicine at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He has extensive experience in managing general medical conditions including diabetes mellitus, obesity, hypertension, chronic lung disease, chronic kidney disease and ischaemic heart disease.

He completed his gazettement period in Hospital Tuanku Fauziah in 2016 and was subsequently recognised as a physician in the National Specialist Register Malaysia. He has also served as the physician in charge of the haemodialysis unit at Hospital Tuanku Fauziah and regularly participates as a speaker for Hospital Tuanku Fauziah and Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Perlis.

His clinical skills include performing diagnostic tests such as exercise stress tests, echocardiography and basic lung function tests.

His Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) registration number is 46377.
