Dr Nik Nazihah Nik Azis is a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Bandar Dato' Onn Specialist Hospital and KPJ pasir Gudang Specialist Hospital. She provides clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of various ocular conditions for adult and pediatric patients.

She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Malaya and completed her postgraduate clinical training in Ophthalmology (Doctor of Ophthalmology). She is a registered specialist under the National Specialist Register (NSR) of Malaysia.
