Dr. Jamie Joseph is a Consultant Rehabilitation Physician with specialist expertise in Rehabilitation Medicine and Cancer Rehabilitation. She obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Manipal Academy of Higher Education in 2006 and subsequently completed her Master of Rehabilitation Medicine at Universiti Malaya in 2016. She further pursued advanced subspecialty training through a Fellowship in Cancer Rehabilitation at the University of Toronto, Canada, in 2023.

As a Rehabilitation Physician, Dr. Jamie provides comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation management for patients experiencing functional limitations arising from neurological, musculoskeletal, medical and cancer-related conditions. Her particular expertise in Cancer Rehabilitation focuses on managing physical and functional complications associated with cancer and its treatment, including surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Her approach emphasises personalised rehabilitation programmes aimed at improving mobility, independence, physical function and overall quality of life.

Dr. Jamie is registered with the National Specialist Register of Malaysia under Rehabilitation Medicine. She practises at Hospital Queen Elizabeth and KPJ Sabah Specialist Hospital in Kota Kinabalu. Her advanced training in Cancer Rehabilitation complements her broader rehabilitation medicine practice and supports the delivery of specialised multidisciplinary rehabilitation care for patients in Sabah.
