Dr. Fauziah Mohd Hasan

Dr. Fauziah Mohd Hasan is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital. She obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Tasmania, Australia, in 1982 and subsequently obtained Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) from the United Kingdom in 1991. She was later awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG) in 2003. She is registered as a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with the National Specialist Register of Malaysia.

With more than four decades of experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dr. Fauziah has extensive experience in women's healthcare, including antenatal care, pregnancy and childbirth, as well as the management of various obstetric and gynaecological conditions. Her clinical practice focuses on providing comprehensive care to women throughout different stages of their reproductive health journey.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Fauziah has been actively involved in humanitarian medical work. Since 1999, she has participated in medical missions to areas affected by conflict and natural disasters, including Kosovo, the Moluccas Islands, Aceh, Afghanistan, Gaza, Syria and Bangladesh. She has also contributed to humanitarian and community initiatives aimed at supporting healthcare access and raising awareness of issues affecting women and communities.

She is committed to providing comprehensive and patient-centred obstetric and gynaecological care, drawing on her extensive clinical experience and humanitarian work to support the health, wellbeing and healthcare needs of women and their families.
