Dr Cheong Chee Yen is a Consultant Emergency Medicine Physician based at Ipoh Specialist Hospital. He is registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC No. 47892) and is a recognised specialist under the National Specialist Register (NSR).

Dr Cheong completed his undergraduate medical degree and his Master of Emergency Medicine at the University of Malaya. Following his postgraduate studies, he completed a Fellowship in Emergency Critical Care in Taiwan, focusing on the clinical management of patients in acute and critical conditions.

Dr Cheong’s clinical practice involves the assessment and stabilisation of patients within the emergency department setting. His areas of focus include:
