Assoc. Prof. Dr. Azlin Ahmad

Dr. Azlin Ahmad is a Consultant Physician and Rheumatologist, specialising in the diagnosis and management of rheumatic and autoimmune conditions. Her clinical practice combines expertise in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology, providing comprehensive care for patients with a range of inflammatory, autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders.

With more than two decades of medical experience, Dr. Azlin completed her medical degree at the National University of Ireland, University of Galway, before pursuing postgraduate training in Internal Medicine at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She subsequently completed further specialist training in Rheumatology through the Ministry of Health Malaysia, with additional rheumatology training involving Malaysia and Ireland.

Her clinical interests include the management of rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory joint conditions and other rheumatological disorders, with an emphasis on personalised assessment and long-term disease management.
