Dr Ashwin Chee Weng Seng is a Sessional Consultant Psychiatrist at Johor Specialist Hospital. With more than 24 years of medical experience, he specialises in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric and mental health conditions, providing personalised and patient-centred care.
