Dr. Aminuddin Saim

Dr. Aminuddin Saim is a Resident Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist at Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 1988 and subsequently completed his Master of Otorhinolaryngology from UKM in 1996.

With extensive experience in Otorhinolaryngology, Dr. Aminuddin has been involved in specialist ENT practice since the 1990s. He previously served as a consultant and lecturer at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and joined KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital in 2000. His clinical experience encompasses the assessment and management of a wide range of ear, nose and throat conditions, with particular experience in paediatric otorhinolaryngology.

Dr. Aminuddin has also contributed to the advancement of ENT care and biomedical research in Malaysia. He was involved in the development of paediatric ENT services at UKM and has contributed to research in areas including cochlear implantation, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. He has also been involved in professional education and knowledge-sharing in paediatric ENT, including topics such as epistaxis, otitis media and sinusitis.

He is committed to providing comprehensive and patient-centred ENT care, drawing on his extensive clinical, academic and research experience to support patients with ear, nose and throat conditions and promote better health outcomes.
