Dato' Dr. Abdullah Taha is a Consultant General Surgeon at Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Malaya in 1979 and subsequently obtained his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCS) in 1987. He is registered as a specialist in General Surgery with the National Specialist Register of Malaysia.

With extensive experience in General Surgery, Dato' Dr. Abdullah Taha has been practising at Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital since July 1995. Prior to joining the hospital, he was attached to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), where he served in General Surgery with clinical and academic responsibilities, including as a lecturer in the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine. His experience includes work in Endocrine and Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery.

Throughout his career, Dato' Dr. Abdullah Taha has developed extensive experience in the assessment and surgical management of a wide range of general surgical conditions. His clinical background encompasses both elective and complex surgical care, supported by his longstanding experience in specialist surgical practice.

He is committed to providing comprehensive and patient-centred surgical care, drawing on his extensive clinical and academic experience to support patients throughout their diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
