Dr. Rayslida Mohd Rashdan is a Resident Consultant Anaesthesiologist at Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital. She obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Malaya in 1991 and subsequently completed her Master of Medicine in Anaesthesiology at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 1997. She is registered as a specialist in Anaesthesiology and Critical Care with the National Specialist Register of Malaysia.

With extensive experience in Anaesthesiology, Dr. Rayslida Mohd Rashdan has been practising at Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital since January 2007. Prior to joining the hospital, she was attached to the Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Department at Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Faculty of Medicine, from 1998 to 2007. Her clinical experience encompasses anaesthetic care, perioperative management and the management of patients requiring specialised anaesthetic support.

Dr. Rayslida Mohd Rashdan has a subspecialty in Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia, which she has practised since 2003. Her specialist experience includes providing anaesthetic care for patients undergoing cardiothoracic procedures, with a focus on careful perioperative assessment, monitoring and management throughout the surgical journey.

She is committed to providing safe, comprehensive and patient-centred anaesthetic care, working closely with multidisciplinary medical teams to support patient safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout the perioperative period.
