About Dr. Chung Kuet Jun Dr. Chung Kuet Jun is a skilled Pediatric Surgeon known for his expertise in minimally invasive pediatric surgery, neonatal procedures, and reconstructive surgery for congenital penile conditions.

He graduated with a Medical Doctor degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2012 and completed his housemanship at Sarawak General Hospital. He then served as a Medical Officer in the Paediatric Surgical Department until 2017. In pursuit of further specialisation, Dr. Chung earned a Master’s in Paediatric Surgery from Universiti Malaya in 2021, gaining valuable experience at Hospital Tunku Azizah. After that, he returned to Sarawak General Hospital, where he continues to care for young patients.

Dr. Chung has presented his research at prominent events such as the ASEAN Society of Pediatric Surgery and the Asian Association of Pediatric Surgery. His dedication earned him the Anugerah Pekerja Cemerlang Sarawak in 2022.
