This package is applicable for patient with amputation that cause phantom limb pain and reduced mobility.

Note that this package price is excluding doctor's consultation.

Individual amputee rehabilitation are also available at RM180 per session, for patient opting for a single session instead of 9-session package.

• The package is not refundable.
• The package is not transferable.
• The package fee is not permitted to offset other payment / treatments.
• Other clinical procedures / referral to other specialists / medical disposables / medication / lab tests / radiological investigation / rehabilitation equipments are excluded.
