Preparation for the health screening:

• It is important to get at least 6 hours of good-quality sleep to feel rested before your health screening.
• You are required to fast for at least 6 to 8 hours before the health screening for accurate results.  Only sips of plain water are allowed during fasting.
• Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for health screening, and avoid wearing metal accessories.
