Medical School

Dato Dr TK Ho completed the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Following the undergraduate study, he immediately went to the United Kingdom to further his training in 1999. He obtained both Memberships of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) of England and Edinburgh in 2003 and completed the intercollegiate exit examination to obtain the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) in 2010. He was awarded the Doctors of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Vascular Surgery in 2012 by the University College London as well as the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) by the General Medical Council, UK. He trained under world best vascular surgeons from the Royal Free & University College Hospital, London and is a fully trained general and vascular surgeon. He is on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council, UK and the National Specialist Register, Malaysia

  • 4. Endovascular/ open bypass surgery for critical leg ischaemia
  • 5. Endovenous/foam sclerotherapy/open surgery for varicose veins (evlt, rfa, vnus, venefit)
  • 6. Treatment of spider/reticular veins 7. Treatment of deep vein thrombosis (dvt)
  • 8. Renal access surgery/arteriovenous fistula
  • 9. Insertion of central lines under ultrasound and imaging control
  • 10. Treatment of arterial/venous foot ulcers
  • 11. Botox injection/retrodermal curettage/ thoracoscopic sympathectomy for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating)
