Dr. Low Shiau Chuan commenced her practice in KPJ Ipoh Specialist Hospital in June 2012 as a Resident Consultant Anaesthetist. In 2002 to 2003, she was attached to Hospital Changkat Melintang as Medical Officer and later moved to Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh for two years, until 2005. At the same hospital, she was the Registrar in Anaesthesiology from year 2005 to 2006. Dr. Low has also experienced working in Hospital Kuala Lumpur and University Malaya Medical Centre as Registrar in Anaesthesiology. She has served as Clinical Anaesthesiologist in few hospitals namely Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh, Hospital Seri Manjung, Sungai Buloh Hospital and Hospital Kuala Lumpur. She received her Subspecialty Training in Intensive Care in 2011.
