Visiting Hours
We extend a warm welcome to your family, friends, and loved ones to accompany you during your hospital stay, as their support is invaluable. To maintain a secure and comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that visitors observe the designated visiting hours and adhere to the established regulations. Your cooperation ensures a positive experience for all:

Ward:
12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
4:30 pm - 9:30 pm

ICU / HDU:
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Note: Children aged 12 and under are not permitted in the Intensive Care and High Dependency units. Only two visitors per patient are allowed at a time.
These guidelines are in place to prioritise the well-being of our patients and maintain a healing-focused environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Overnight Stay
In accordance with our infection control protocols, it is not advisable for family members to stay overnight unless the patient's condition necessitates it. Should your immediate family express a desire to stay overnight, you may request for a special bed to be added to the patient's room. This option is only applicable to Single Rooms and incurs an extra charge. If you are interested, please communicate your request to the attending nurse for further assistance.

Security Access Door
To ensure a secure environment for our patients and staff, all entrances to the wards are safeguarded by Security Access Doors. Please ring the bell when you intend to access the ward.

 Smoking

In compliance with the Ministry of Health (MoH) Malaysia's regulations, our hospital strictly enforces a "NO SMOKING" policy on its premises. Your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free atmosphere is appreciated.

 
Parking
Car Park
Parking is charged with a rate of RM 3.00 per hour, with a maximum daily charge of RM 7.00 per entry for parking on the hospital premises.

Parking Rates
For your convenience, we provide a flat-rate parking option at RM 7.00 per day. Inpatients can obtain a flat-rate parking rate of RM7.00 with multiple entries. Visitors are charged on an hourly basis, and payments can be made cashless via touch-n-go or via mastercard and visa cards. 

Valet Parking
Valet parking is available at the Main Entrance of the hospital at a rate of RM 15.00 per day.
Note: The hospital disclaims responsibility for any loss or damages to personal properties while on its premises. Patients and visitors are advised to take necessary security measures, such as double-locking their cars and concealing or removing valuables from their car.

Patient Transportation Services
We are pleased to offer patient transportation services for those requiring transport to doctor’s appointments and wound dressing appointments. These value-added services are available for patients residing within a 20km radius of the hospital. Bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance, and our driver will pick you up from your house or office at a reasonable price.
