Dr. Soh graduated from University Malaya in 1979, and began her Paediatric training in Sarawak for 5 years. During her clinical attachments at St Mary's Hospital and Edgware Hospital in London, as well as the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh, she obtained her Diploma in Child Health and Membership from the Royal College of Physicians in 1985 and 1987 respectively.

She took up the position of Head of Paediatrics in Kuala Terengganu for 4 years from 1987-1991. Dr. Soh then moved to the Paediatrics Nephrology unit in Hospital Kuala Lumpur for 2 years, followed by a year as a lecturer in Paediatrics in University Malaya.

After 16 years in government service, Dr. Soh set up a private paediatric clinic for 3 years before joining KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital as a pioneer consultant for 25 years.

With her extensive experience in Paediatrics care and management, she now joins Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 to establish an excellent Paediatric Centre.
